三個星期就瘦五公斤!風靡日本「秋葵綠茶」瘦身消水腫 就連便秘也得到改善

 

日本有研究指出「秋葵」絕對是女生的恩物,因為可以促進腸胃蠕動的功效,而日本人最愛的「綠茶」能減少糖分吸收,如果把兩者結合,相信能事半功倍。這位日本女星斉藤こず恵就是靠「秋葵綠茶」成功在3個星期內,從83.3kg降到78.3kg,血糖從199降到71,就連便秘也得到改善!

秋葵當中具有的鈣質含量與牛奶是相同,人體對於吸收吸收秋葵當中的鈣比牛奶還好,如果要自然補充鈣質,就要靠秋葵。

When to harvest Okra??⠀ .⠀⠀ 1️⃣Okra plants will produce large flowers about 2 months after planting. The okra pods will be ready to pick 3 to 4 days later.⠀ .⠀⠀ 2️⃣Harvest the pods when they are 3 to 4 inches long. If the okra gets too large, it will be tough and stringy. Pick the okra every 1 to 2 days or yields will decrease .⠀ .⠀⠀ 3️⃣Okra can be stored for 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator. Okra that is too mature can be dried, cured, and used in flower arrangements.⠀ .⠀⠀ 4️⃣Okra seed is easily saved for next season by leaving some of the last pods on the plant until they get very large. Remove them and allow them to dry.⠀ .⠀⠀ 5️⃣The seeds will shell easily from the pods. 材料

洗乾淨的秋葵10條、 大約一公升熱水、綠茶茶包2個

1.先把2個茶包同時放入一公升的熱水
2.把秋葵的頭切掉,泡入水中,讓水溶性膳食纖維溶於水中
3.放進冰櫃約8-12小時後再飲用,也可以加入蜂蜜或者楓糖來調味,效果會更好

 

 

秋葵具有水溶性膳食纖維,有助腸胃蠕動,有助預防大腸癌,當中含有50%纖維素有利通便,同時增加飽肚感,從而達到控制體重的效果!
