假期後不敢踏上體重計?營養師 Jennifer Stagg 每天的早晨改喝個飲品,就可快速瘦身!

 

經過了跨年假期和農曆年,眾多的朋友聚會和派對充滿歡樂氣息縱然很棒,但是否已經讓你不敢輕易踏上體重計?這時懊悔吃下肚的食物也已經於事無補,多出來的幾公斤,不如就用這個建議來解決吧!

 

 

還記得在前段時間小編也介紹了幾樣能一直吃都不會胖的食物,除了多加利用這幾樣食材,其中綠茶所富含的價值極高,這回也有一位營養師 Jennifer Stagg 特別提到了綠茶不可忽略的好處!

 

 

綠茶是能夠快速解決身體炎症的食物,當身體處於炎症的狀況時,就會影響胰島素分泌而導致發胖,一直以來綠茶的抗炎性都為人所稱讚。

而且綠茶也有很棒的燃脂作用,綠茶多酚更能增進肝臟、消化道脂肪的代謝,其中的維他命和咖啡因有促進消化的功效,對於平時新陳代謝較為緩慢的人,飲用綠茶會很有幫助!

Drinking @theteacrane 2015 Vintage mountain grown sencha. I received a sample from a dear friend but don’t know much else about this tea. • The dry leaves look like an unsorted aracha (crude tea). Fairly large, loosely twisted needles with a bit of stem. From the wet leaf I can see some of the outer edges of the leaves and especially the stems where the leaves were cut have had more oxidation than I usually see. My guess is that the leaves withered for a little longer than usual before they were steamed. The wet leaf aroma is that of a sweet dry hay with a light floral note and with a second, hotter infusion more vegetal (fresh blanched peas). • The liquor is a cloudy yellow-green. • The taste is a wonderful mix of some sweetness with just the right amount of astringency to make the tea interesting. The aftertaste lingers fairly long and is a dance between the light dryness, floral sweetness and then a more vegetal note coming back into play. • I have no idea what effect the ageing has had on the flavour. I’d love to learn more about that. It was difficult to find any good information about storing teas when I was in Japan. • Anyhow – whatever contribution the ageing has had, this is a really fantastic tea. 在一天的早晨,拿上喜歡的杯子泡一杯綠茶來開始吧!

不過 Jennifer Stagg 也提醒到,記得將綠茶搭配在早餐當中,而不是空腹食用!另外,當你剛剛用餐完腹部覺得腫脹不舒服時,綠茶也能達到很好的效用!
